Desired Binding Domain

Select the desired binding domain for the most effective purification. To achieve the most efficient purification of the target molecule from its related impurities, it is important to consider which domain of the antibody structure to target.

For example, although the molecule may have an Fc region that can be targeted by Protein A, this may not be the optimal pathway for the most efficient purification.

Acceptance Criteria

Now that the binding domain has been selected, what are the main acceptance criteria for the resin in your process? You may select more than one option.
