Overview

The strong chemical and physical stability of Purolite Jetted SP resins provide a long functional life and in turn, long-term reductions in operating costs.

SP resins maintain charge and subsequent capacity, allowing for binding and elution across a wide pH range. High resolution and selectivity allows for demanding separations while maintaining high yields.

The high and robust dynamic binding capacity of SP resins enables improvements to productivity and scalability of ion exchange processes.

Features

Up to 90 mg/ml dynamic binding capacity

Up to 550 cm/h flow velocity

Available in various particle sizes (35, 45, 65, and 90 μm)

Uniform beads and high mass transfer

Product Data

Dynamic Binding Capacity
Purolite base matrices have porosities optimized for medium-sized proteins, resulting in robust binding capacities. High capacity is especially important to facilitate processing of high concentration eluates from protein A resins.

Pressure Flow
The uniformity of jetted beads, allows flexibility in selecting high surface area, high capacity, and high-resolution products without diminishing flow properties.
