Automated Shipping Acknowledgements
Shipping acknowledgements are sent the day your order leaves the dock. Each acknowledgement includes the carrier name and shipment tracking number. Should a shipping date change.— even at a customer's request — an automated e-mail is issued. This service helps customers to schedule accordingly.

Packaging and Material Handling
From bags to drums and supersacks to bulk tanks, Purolite provides convenient packaging options for your resin needs. We are flexible to accommodate special packaging needs upon request.

For North American customers, bulk tanker fleet delivery is available. It enables a cleaner, more efficient loading of resins — which translates into significant cost savings and reduces risk of operator injury from handling bulk containers. Special unloading services with Purolite staff is available upon request.

Warehouse Network Synchronization

Purolite has manufacturing in the Americas, Europe and Asia to ensure supply around the world. All manufacturing locations are integrated on the same systems allowing information to be shared among the global plants.

We also use planning and forecasting models to ensure minimum and maximum levels of raw materials and supplies. Forecasting begins with the technical sales team annual budget and incorporates monthly updates. Planning and scheduling are then implemented based on customer orders.
