Introducing a Novel HipH Resin for Bispecific Antibody Purification

On-Demand available here.

Event Overview:

Join Ecolab's Field Applications Specialist, Tony Thomas, and Kayla Barry, Senior Engineer from MabPlex, as they present findings on the efficient purification of several bispecific antibodies using Ecolab’s novel Protein A resin that allows for elution of antibodies at higher pH. Significant improvements in performance and productivity result in significantly increased monomer purity in comparison with traditional Protein A resins.

Tony will also be taking a deep-dive into Ecolab's Jetting technology, a continuous emulsification technology by which all Purolite™ Praesto™ Chromatography Resins are produced. This proprietary technology results in resins with a narrow, almost uniform particle size distribution, with excellent mass transfer properties.

Key Learning Objectives

  • Resin comparison study with two bispecifics, Purolite Jetted A50 HipH and a standard Protein A resin
  • Overview of Jetting Technology.
  • Process intensification, Purolite Jetted A50
  • Introduction to Purolite Jetted A50 HipH.
