Praesto® Q45 is an agarose-based strong anion exchange resin. Praesto Q45 is designed for large-scale biomolecule purification, but is also an excellent choice for small scale applications. Praesto® Q45 can be used for purification of different biomolecules, including proteins, peptides and oligonucleotides. The particle size (45µm) makes Praesto® Q45 the smallest particle of the Praesto® family and thus particular useful for high resolution applications.
