Praesto Pure65 is the ideal base matrix for production of affinity chromatography resins with minimal unspecific interaction and long functional life time. The particle size (65 µm) makes Praesto Pure65 ideal for intermediate purification of proteins. Praesto Pure65 can also be directly used for purification by gel filtration of different large biomolecules such as viruses and plasmids.
