John Madiraca has been promoted to the position of Manager of Sales Support and Special Projects.
September 27, 2019 – Philadelphia, PA, USA – Purolite is excited to announce the promotion of John Madiraca to the position of Manager of Sales Support and Special Projects. John has been with Purolite for four years, as Manager of Customer Service and Logistics. His new role will introduce the responsibilities of Corporate Office Manager and Special Projects Manager. With these two new roles, he will be responsible for overseeing the corporate office and ensuring the office environment maintains the highest level of professionalism, and overseeing projects related to system enhancements such as Zoho integration and NHBA updates.
John was initially connected with Purolite through an online job board. Throughout his four years with Purolite, he has enjoyed the people here, the friendly atmosphere, the care shown by management to all of the employees, and the opportunities to meet people from all over the world.
As manager of Sales Support, he describes his department as efficient, professional, upbeat, detail-oriented, and versatile. His focus moving forward is enhancing our productivity throughout the organization. “I’m proud of many of the accomplishments in my former position, such as Customer Service Management, Project Management, Acquisitions and the smooth transition related to Integrating companies from a very archaic system to a more sophisticated platform. Moving forward, my goals include streamlining our processes to further improve the company’s productivity, and a transition to a completely paperless office,” comments John.
When not working, John is a sports fanatic. His favorite football team is the Kansas City Chiefs. He also enjoys teeing up at the golf course. He loves listening to music, his favorite genres being metal and classic rock.
Jack Dolan, Director of Corporate Purchasing, saw John as a candidate for this promotion because of his attention to detail, ability to finish projects in a timely manner, and his leadership skills. Jack highlighted the system improvements John has implemented that have enhanced the communications between members of the sales team, production plant, and Sales Support personnel. “His willingness to take on difficult tasks and follow them to completion is indicative of how dedicated John is to Purolite,” praises Jack. On his new position, John would like us to know,
