Preferably 2 years or more experience working in an office environment.
To support the marketing development for Life Sciences products.
Duties and responsibilities:
Organisation of external trade show events, conferences, customer workshops, associated event bookings and shipment of materials to/from events in a timely manner.
Production of advertisements, booking slots with external publications, working closely with graphic designer on finished materials.
Administrative work related to Life Sciences products and trade-shows
Electronic maintenance of key data sheets.
Perform other duties as and when requested by the Office Manager.
Knowledge and Skills:
Be IT literate
Be self-motivated, with the ability to work with the minimum of supervision whilst, at the same time, being a strong team player
Good communication skills are required with the ability to liaise effectively with people at all levels – internal to the company as well as external
Some background in logistics would also be a bonus.
You will qualify for 24 days holiday per year pro rata for the first year service. Bank Holidays are in addition to the 24 days annual entitlement. The post is Monday to Friday from 09.30 to 15.00 with half an hour for lunch.
