Praesto SP45 is an agarose based strong cation exchange resin designed for both large scale biomolecule purification and small scale applications. Praesto SP45 can be used for purification of different biomolecules, including proteins, peptides and oligonucleotides. The particle size (45µm) makes Praesto SP45 the smallest particle of the Praesto family and thus particular useful for high resolution applications.
