Praesto Q45 is an agarose-based strong anion exchange resin. Praesto Q45 is designed for large-scale biomolecule purification, but is also an excellent choice for small scale applications. Praesto Q45 can be used for purification of different biomolecules, including proteins, peptides and oligonucleotides. The particle size (45µm) makes Praesto Q45 the smallest particle of the Praesto family and thus particular useful for high resolution applications.
