Praesto Pure90 is the ideal base matrix for production of affinity chromatography resins with minimal unspecific interaction and long functional life time. The relatively large particle size (90 µm), makes Praesto Pure90 the first choice for capture when large sample volumes need to be processed within a limited time frame. Praesto Pure90 can also be directly used for purification by gel filtration of different large biomolecules such as viruses and plasmids.
