HPLC column packed with Chromalite 15AD2

Chromalite 15AD2 is a hydrophobic macroporous polydivinylbenzene adsorbent. This polymer is available in 5, 10 and 15 micron, with a very narrow particle size distribution. Chromalite 15AD2 is chemical inert polymer matrix and is fully stablein applications in the range of pH between 1 to 14. Chromalite 15AD2 has a high porosity (300 – 700Å), which is ideal for separation of larger molecules (> 1000Da) such as synthetic oligomers, biomolecules, peptides, small proteins and oligonucleotides.

Principal Applications

  • Analytical Reverse Phase chromatography (RP-HPLC)
  • Separation of proteins, peptides and oligonucleotides
  • Ideal for biomolecules purification and polishing

Advantages

  • Highly hydrophobic adsorbent
