Purolite® Products Conforming to FDA & EC RESAP(2004)3 Regulations

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is the United States government agency that is responsible for regulating millions of products. The FDA is regulates food, dietary supplements, drugs, cosmetics, medical devices, biologics and blood products in the USA. Many Purolite® products also conform to the Council of Europe Resolution RESAP(2004)3 regarding ion exchange resins that can be safely used in food processing.
In addition, our Romanian Production facility holds Approval from the FDA for the production of pharmaceutical Purolite® resins.
